This is a day that has changed my life forever. The reason I exist is gone. On Saturday 20 Aug 2011 at about 3 in the afternoon, My mother died. My brother and I performed CPR for nearly twenty minutes before the EMTs arrived and took over but she could not be revived.
It has taken me a while to even be able to type this. I have been making and taking calls and getting the arrangements for her Memorial Service taken care of. I have been trying to be strong for my big brother because I know that's what he needs. I am surprisingly at peace with what happened Saturday afternoon.
I can not say why, I just am and I thank God for it. TheMomma's Memorial Service will be at Tim Stewart Funeral Home on Saturday 27 Aug 2011 at 2:00 p.m. We are asking that in lieu of flowers, a Memorial Donation be made to the Diabetes Foundation in her honor.
I have more that I want to say about TheMomma but I don't have the words to say them right now.

I am so very sorry to hear about your Mom, I know you were very close. Only God can give you the comfort you need during a time like this, but know that I will be thinking of you and your family and praying for you.
